Welcome to Riley Keuroglian Art!

By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Product Information
    Each piece presented is an original work of art, personally created by me. Though not formally registered under copyright or trademark at this time, all rights to these works are retained as my intellectual property. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is not permitted.

  2. Order Confirmation
    After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and a unique order number. Please ensure your email address is accurate at checkout.

  3. Payment
    Payments are processed securely at the time of checkout. All prices are listed in USD and applicable taxes may apply.

  4. Shipping
    Orders are shipped via USPS. We currently ship within the United States. I do not offer international shipping at this time!

  5. Fulfillment Time
    Each print is made to order. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for your order to be fulfilled and shipped. Fulfillment time may vary depending on order volume and print size, I am a 1 woman show, and getting orders and commissions out with the influx of new orders.

  6. Returns & Exchanges
    Due to the unique nature of prints and paintings, all sales are final.

  7. Privacy

    Your personal information is used solely for order fulfillment and communication related to your purchase. We never share your data with third parties.

Fulfillment Policy

  • Production: All prints are professionally produced by a trusted local print shop in Athens, GA. Made on a thicker paper substrate, achieving the look of Giclee without the price.

  • Turnaround Time: Orders typically ship within 14-20 business days, depending on demand. You'll receive a notification when your order is shipped. Most orders are made on demand by order, please be patient as I am a 1 woman show!

  • Shipping Methods: I use USPS for secure, trackable shipping. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • Packaging: Prints are packaged securely to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

  • Issues with Your Order: If something arrives damaged or off-spec, please contact us promptly at rileykeuroglianart@gmail.com. We do not offer exchanges or refunds at this time.
